Privacy Policy

Overview

AIAgent ("the app") is a private, personal-use AI assistant operated by Pavan Patel. It is not offered to the public, and no user accounts are created for third parties. This policy describes how the app handles data.

Data the app accesses

The app connects to Google services only through the Google OAuth consent screen and only for the account of the operator ([email protected]). Authorized scopes may include reading and managing that account's own Google Calendar events so the assistant can answer scheduling questions and manage reminders.

How data is used

Calendar data is used solely to provide the assistant's scheduling and reminder features. Data is processed on private infrastructure owned by the operator.

Data storage and retention

OAuth credentials (access and refresh tokens) are stored on the operator's private server and are used only to maintain authorized access to the operator's own Google account. Token files are protected with filesystem permissions restricted to the service account. No calendar content is copied into long-term storage beyond what is needed to answer the current request, and cached request context is retained only as long as needed for the assistant's conversation history on the operator's private server.

Data sharing

No data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party. No analytics or advertising SDKs are used. The app does not send calendar data to any external service other than the Google APIs the operator has authorized.

Data deletion

The operator may revoke the app's Google access at any time via Google Account permissions. Deleting the stored OAuth credentials on the private server immediately stops all further access.
